My PC crashes and reboots itself randomly HELP!

Hello I am having these strange and unpredictable crashes where my screen turns black mid game or even browsing the internet. and then it reboots itself and I get the following error message.
I have tried turning off XMP, and PBO. Reseated my Ram and Graphics card twice now. and even replaced my power supply.

• 850W Seasonic Prime TX-850W Power supply
• 1TB M.2 Nvme Samsung

Have you tried to Reinstalling the graphics drivers, and just for the hell of it download seagate seatools and run a test on the nvme drive.

this graphics card is my 2nd RMA and I hope it isnt another defective graphics card

Tried testing ram with the first app below? What apps are you running in the background? Anti-virus program? Also, try running a diagnostic scan with samsung magician below in case your SSD is bugging out.
