mATX Streaming/Gaming rig planning

Hey there LTT forums. I'm sort of new to building PC's and I know what I'm doing. I'm just torn between the CPU. Here's the build parts below and then I'll explain about the CPU:

CPU: i7 4770k

GPU: EVGA Superclocked GTX 770

PSU: Corsair RM550

Mobo: Gigabyte G1 Sniper M5 mATX

Case: Corsair Obsidian 350D mATX chassis

Cooling: Corsair H100i, 2 x 140mm Corsair AF140's

RAM: 1x8GB 1600 Corsair Vengeance memory

Memory: WD blue 500GB 7200 RPM HDD

Lighting: NZXT Hue

Now about the CPU.. I'm not sure if I should take the value option and go for the i5 4670k and then throw the money at something else. And if I am going to do that then what should I use the cash for? Better memory? Better RAM? I'm in dire need of a helping hand!

Any suggestions welcome

Kiwi

You could get the i7 4770k but not get the Corsair AF140's and spend the money on better storage.

Don't get AF fans for the radiator since they are case fans.

Also, you could go with the i5 if you are not doing much editing or other CPU heavy stuff.

Potatoes are good for your nostrils.

Why get such an expensive cpu cooler when what you're doing is gaming?

The i7 is at best ~30% better than ht i5. Unless you actually need the HT, stick with the i5.
