Transferring stuff from one Google account to another [help]

Hello forum,

 

For the last 3 years i have linked everything from my Android phone to what not on my account that i originally made just for youtube.

Today i decided to create a all new Google account with a normal gmail which i will also use for school and more.

 

What i'd like to ask is how i can transfer all my Android contacts and everything else i synced with the old account to the new one, as end result having that YouTube only account back how it was aimed to be used.

Edit: Also Chrome tabs, extensions etc.
