World of Warcraft anyone?

Anyone playing World of Warcraft?

Recently returned to the game after a heck of a hiatus. Levelling is all well and good but, be good to get a bit of a team going?

Oh man I fully agree. I did try to play the WoW Classic they released but, after seeing them then re-release the Burning Crusade expansion I sat back and just thought.... they're going to just keep re-releasing the expansions until it's back to it's current state so, might as well just grit my teeth and go for it!

Except you can stay on the Vanilla server or transfer (free) to the new expansion (each time) so you technically can stay at whatever expansion you want.

Wait, really? So there is a pure vanilla server that stays up - and you don't have to move over?

.... I feel like an absolute moron for not knowing that now.

I started at beginning of Classic, but followed (after quitting) and was pleasently surprised.  My vanilla server is desolate of low levels but the high level community is very active from what I can tell.  I didnt move over to BC and probably wont.  Will likely just make a BC character on the BC server.

Alot of WoW Streamers made this possible by continually talking about thats what everyone wants (but if you ever go to a BC - or future expansion server - you can never go back obviously)

.... My mind is actually a little blown. I guess this is what I get for completely backing away from the Classic version and not even keeping my eye on the news. I think my all or nothing approach is a bit dumb.

Thanks man! I have a feeling I'll be rebooting my Classic account any day now
