Can't play any type of EA games on XBOX series S

I recently brought a brand new Xbox series S (a week ago) and after a couple of days of use I can't play any EA games. I got game pass ultimate because I saw it included lots of EA title's such as Skate 3 and Battlefield, I could play them fine until a couple days later when  I tried to launch Skate 3, it started for around 5 seconds then stops and goes back to the home screen. I continued to test other EA games but they just wont launch, every other game works perfectly without any bugs or crashes. I don't know if its a software thing or a hardware problem.

Sounds like your console is allergic to microtransactions XD

 

Jokes aside, have you tried doing a hard restart on the console? Hold down the power button on the console until it turns off, then unplug the power cable and wait 5 minutes to allow any residual power to drain from the system before plugging back in and turning it back on (maybe try twice if it doesn't work the first time). If that doesn't work, you could try uninstalling the game, removing your account from the Xbox, re-adding your account, and then reinstalling the game, or even do a full factory reset.
