Why doesn´t the Master Cooler software work?

Question number uno: Did you connect this:

If yes, then whats why and connect directly to mobo. Your motherboard has software for this.

If Mobo no A-RGB header, then connect this and use it to switch colors. You can connect your reset button from the case to use for switching colors.
