9700k overclocking with my mobo

So I have my 9700k paired with a Msi z390 A pro and I’ve left it at stock and me seeing temps never go above 50c in games I am now considering overclocking.  Is my motherboard good enough to hit 5ghz (I have applied active cooling with a 120mm fan) or should I leave it at stock?
