Horrible VM performance on Ryzen 3800X

Currently running virtualizor to automate and make deployments easy for vms. On an 8 core i have set the cpu to you around 19% CPU. For each 8 core. But the programs run terribly. Despite giving me a good passmark score, geekbench reports the vm score as invalid. Moreover another 4 core VM on a 2680v3 gets much higher and valid score than a ryzen VM which i know is not the case as how i set it. Am I missing somthing? I have installed the baloon netkvm and scsi driver

Do you own this hardware?

Can you show the kvm configuration?

It is colocated at the moment. By kvm configuration what exactly are you looking for

If its just you, id use a different hypervisor personally.

Can you ssh into the system? I don't see the advanced cpu optoins.

Yes i have ssh access but since i dont need all of it i have a couple friends on the system who use it for their purposes. The hypervisor works perfectly well on the 2 other intel xeons that i have for a separate bunch of my clients. Which is why its quite mind boggling why this is acting the way it is
