Egg mayo sandwich

Would be better if you add a dash of mirin into the egg mayo, to make it slightly sweeter and savory

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Egg and lettuce, not sure if it's popular anywhere else but it's pretty common in Australia. It's like hardboiled eggs mashed up with some pepper mixed in with finely shredded lettuce.

If you do want to try it, try it with mirin and not Hon mirin, hon mirin is heavier in alcohol taste so it's not for me.

I've been making bacon + emmental sandwiches with toasted rye bread recently. Heavy in calories but tastes delicious! 🙂

For lunch I like variety, I couldn't settle on one sandwich.

However, the morning after the big night out, for breakfast, the bacon, fried egg & black pudding sandwich.

You need good bread, basic sliced bread isn't strong enough. From bottom up; Smoked bacon, tomato ketchup, fried egg with runny yolk, then the black pudding, making sure you burst the yolk, so it can soak into the black pudding.  This sandwich's hangover resurrection abilities are legendary.

I don't eat sandwiches. But if subs count, I love a good meatball sub. Jersey Mikes also makes a chicken cheese steak I really like.

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Grated mature cheddar cheese on white bread, with Heinz salad cream. Bloody gorgeous.

LTT's Resident Porsche fanboy and nutjob Audiophile.

Main speaker setup is now;

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)

I have a few fast food favorites:

The discontinued Double Down from KFC

The discontinued OG A1 Angus Steakhouse from Burger king

And Dave's single cheeseburger from Wendy's

Real sandwiches:

Classic P,B&J

Medium rare cheeseburger topped with ham, an egg and with no sauce because the egg yolk is the sauce.

There's lot's of good sandwiches out there. But my question is, why do they taste better when someone else makes them?

Forgive me El Guapo. I know that I, Jefe, do not have your superior intellect and education...

My favorite sandwich really depends on the time, at first it was lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion, spicy peppers, oil vinegar sauce, oregano, pickles and cucumber, salami, capicola, cheese.

then it was mayo, extra pickles, hot peppers, onions, cheese, ham, bacon, dijon.

right now it's  lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion, spicy peppers, oil vinegar sauce, oregano, pickles and cucumber, tuna salad, bacon and cheese.

It will probably change in like three months since I work in a sandwich shop but ye.
