Is this stick of RAM compatible?

Hi,

 

I'm trying to add 4 gigs of DDR3L RAM to an old config (that can support up to 16 gigs), and wanted to know if the stick I have found online is compatible ;

 

Here's the specs of the 4 gigs stick that came with the PC :

 

And here's the specs of the stick I'm about to buy :

 

Does it matter that it goes 12800u -11-12-A1 instead of 12800u-11-13-A1 ?

Does it matter that it goes 12800u -11-12-A1 instead of 12800u-11-13-A1 ? 

That should affect anything, it most likely has to do with the memory's timings.
