Very loud noise coming off GPU after cleaning.

Hey Guys,
earlier, I opened up my GPU to clean it and to put new thermal paste on it. Now after reassembly it makes this horrible noise under load (check attached file). I checked the fans, it's not them.
Any idea what that could be or how I could fix it?

The card has never coil whined before. Can that just randomly start? Also this seems a lot louder than just normal whine.

It does sound like coil whine to me. Doesn't really  make that much sense since you stated it didn't do that before you cleaned it.

It didn't make any noise at all. This is really bothering me right now.

I have the exact same problem on my gpu, one of my fans was failing, so i replaced it, and i thought i should change the thermal paste on my gpu aswell, since i have not done it since i bought it 3 years ago, and after i put everything back together the gpu works fine, the temps dropped, but under heavy load, is makes the exact same weird noise, i re opened the card for a second time, checked if everything is fine, and still makes the sound, if anyone has any ideas please let me know!
