After a little research I found out that using an RX 460 From AMD would help my PC so I am planning to swap out the GT 1030

Will my DH61BF Motherboard support Rx 460?

Yes, in theory it should.

In general any GPU works in any motherboard. They all use PCIe which is backwards and forwards compatible.

 

(~edit: as long as we're talking about reasonably modern components. Stuff that is decades old wouldn't be compatible, since it might use AGP, PCI-non-e or ISA)
