Ryzen asus strix b450 motherboard no video no kbm power on

Hi guys after rebooting my pc for windows update computer powers on but does not boot. Pc did post 1 time after relocating ram stick. Kbm now light up but no other signs 

Desktop amd ryzen 1700x gtx 980 16gigs of ram

 

Laptop powerspec 1710  intel i7 7700hq, gtx 1070, 16 gigs of ram
