Windows 10 apps wont work, looking weird...

Hello guys, today my friend came to me for me to transfer him sum files on his hdd, i did and it went good. I started my pc and half of my icons were blank, my control panel looks "windows 7ish" and everything else looks windows 7ish like guis, and discord was not working, my browser etc, my photos app is not working, microsoft store not working, i did sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f /r two times. Fellas please help im lazy to do a fresh system install

I believe u need to just reinstall windows, this problem could be from a bad hhd to a virus or a failed windows update and u mostly can do nothing to fix it
