Do I need to worry too much about timings when it comes to Memory OC?

I have a Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz CL16 [16:18:18:36] 2x8GB kit on a Gigabyte Aorus Elite B550 V2 with a 5900X. I know the Aorus Elite isn't the greatest for memory OC but I was hoping I'd at least be able to push this kit to 3400MHz if not 3600MHz but it's been fighting me all the way. The fastest I could get it was 3333MHz to even boot.

All I've really been changing is DRAM Frequency, Infinity Fabric, then leaving the rest to XMP. I tried to put the voltage to a whole ass 1.45V just to see if I could get it to POST on 3400MHz but it made it into BIOS 1/4 tries I made.

Most AMD Overclocking guides I've seen all revolve around Clock Tuner, which doesn't officially support (yet, I hope) Ryzen 5000 series. I tried to push it to 3400MHz with Clock Tuner's suggestions anyways, but couldn't post as expected. I don't know if I just need a better board or what the fuck I need tbh, I just need some kind of advice for what I need to do to push this thing, from voltages (which I need to increase and not increase) to maybe timings. I've been googling and researching about this, maybe just the wrong things. Really any support I can get I would appreciate.

Here's my Thaiphoon dump for XMP btw:

Have you tried ryzen dram calculator? it seems that ram has samsung B die, you most certainly can overclock that thing mıch higher than you want. This is what I got when I input your data into it.

Timings definitely matter, some need to be raised more than others. At 3600MHz, maybe try 18-22-22-42. Btw make sure your sticks are in 2 and 4 slots assuming the slots are in 1234 order.

Good Samsung B-de will do 3600MHz at 1.45V even if the timings are set by 3200 16-18-18-38 XMP. It's either super bad ones that should not be treated as such, or most likely not Samsung B-die at all.

Used those same values from DRAM Calc and failed to POST unfortunately. Not really sure what the fuck the problem is because my motherboard doesn't have debug lighting afaik

Edit: should note, there's like, a whole part of my BIOS dedicated to DRAM timing configuration, but also a section under AMD Overclocking dedicated to... the same thing. Which is odd. The section under AMD Overclocking is the only place I'm allowed to change the DRAM Clock and Infinity Fabric clock, not sure which to use.

So i recently bought a 3600mhz G.Skill Ripjaws V Kit and couldnt get it to work. The only speed it ran with was 3333mhz, like yours.

I apparently made the mistake by using slots A1 and B1 instead (for 2 sticks) of using A2 and B2.

As soon as i used these slots it ran with its DOCP Profile and even posted into Bios when set to 3800mhz (not tested because ive got no clue what i might break by doing it and i havent gotten into this timing thing yet)

Mine's in A2 and B2 as specified in the manual so

You need a better memory kit.

Samsung B-die is where it's at.

Like this kit here.

16-18-18 at 3200mt/s is NOT B-Die.

Samsung (maybe) but not B-die.

TyphoonBurner is also known to be wrong on several occasions as well.

So then, is there any other place to figure out what manufacturer I have for the die? Corsair doesn't really disclose that
