Need Help! Z490 Motherboard for 10850k?

I need the motherboard that have these features :

Good amount of USB ports at the rear i/o

WiFi for later in the future when it become secondary pc

2.5g lan 

Good power phases

2 m.2 slot or more 

Price range within $200-$300.

Any option for Z490 motherboard? 

I skipped on Msi board because less Usb Ports

Isn't the first m.2 slot can't use because it support pcie 4.0 need rocket lake to activate that?

Yes, but it has 2 other slots you can use at PCIE3.0x4
