Open Frame Cases (or other minimal designs)?

Prelude: I've sold all but my main system (that's down from *eight* systems, to one) but now I wish to build another system, because apparently I've not learned from the past.

 

Current:

I've built enough systems to become bored with existing case designs, but then a fellow here on LTT posted this beauty:

And I was highly impressed by the beauty of the minimalism.

I was less than impressed by the price however.

 

Anything else out there that is an open frame or minimalist design that is perhaps less than the ~250$ the Xtia goes for on eBay?

I hate open frame cases for one reason alone:  D U S T.

It gets everywhere without a filtered intake and I cba with cleaning it once a fortnight.

Well filter your room then. Dust don't come from nowhere.

 

I like that case a lot, just wondering where to put the HDD / Sata SSD.

I believe if you look at the video, they show you where it's tucked away (in between the two main frames, IIRC)
