Xbox Controller Right Stick Click not Working on PC

So I got a shiny new Zephyrus G15 today to take with me on the road and a new Xbox controller and everything is great except in games my right analog stick click doesn't register in games. I've read the steam configs do some weird crap so I've played with the settings there and while I have the Xbox controller config, my controller works except for the right stick click, but with anything else my controller doesn't work at all.

 

Anybody have any clue why this thing hates me? Fixes? Something?

And in true fashion, immediately after asking for help I solved my problem. Only took an hour and a half of fiddling before hand to set me up for success.
