No.

 

If you raise your budget $50, you could unlock 144hz monitors, but for $120 its best to look for a 75 hertz monitor.

It has a 144Hz, VA Panel and 3ms Response time for around 159$. Of course you could take renewed or refurbished for a bit less, but if you want a brand new one here we are.

As far as i know, 120Hz monitor are almost inexistant except on laptops. I Personnally couldn't find any 120Hz monitor when i was trying to buy peripherals for my desktop.
