first, you can,t upgrade from intel to ryzen without changing the motherboard, because they have different socket

if you want streaming, csgo, and valorant you will need a good cpu, and i suggest save your money for ryzen 5 2600 not intel i3 7100

and if you on budget just buy the hdd but if you have then buy an small ssd like 120 to 250 gb

i have an suggestion for your monitor the name is aoc 24g2e it's a good 144hz monitor

for ryzen 5 2600 the budget motherboard is ASRock B450M Pro4

last thing i wanna ask, what is your ram speed

No point in getting bad parts today, only to upgrade in a few months. At least get either the cpu or the gpu you want and upgrade afterwards. Also, switching from a i3-7100 to a ryzen means changing the motherboard as well, which is an additional expense as those two cpus don't work on the same motherboard.

My advice would be to get a good entry level b450 motherboard, like a asrock b450m pro 4 or msi b450m pro-vdh and whatever is cheaper between a ryzen 3 3100 and a ryzen 5 1600 af.

Also try to get the rx570, as the price difference between the 570 and the 570 shouldn't be more than $30, but the performance difference is huge.

If you don't have the budget for these now, just wait. Buying now only to upgrade in a few months is a guaranteed way to lose money.

Also, ryzen comes with a stock cooler so you won't need to buy the hyper 212

if you just play a games and won't do heavy things like video editing it will be fine

but you want to streaming so i think you will need a better cooler and hyper 212 is a great choice for money

Ryzen cooler would keep your cpu cool enough if you dont overclock your cpu, if you plan to then get an aftermarket cooler

Stock cooler is loud, but perfectly adequate, especially if it means you can invest more money in the gpu.

Also no point in this, ram is cheap nowadays, just get a 2x8gb kit. If you really can't afford it, get 1 stick of 8gb and then another one as soon as you have budget. 3200mhz would be ideal for ram

As for the 2600,just buy a 1600AF,same performance as the 2600.
