MSI B360 Gaming Plus VGA EZDebug LED is on

Whenever i restart my pc, it dont boot and VGA bug led is on. But when i shutdown and start again this time led is still on but it boots. Idk what to do. Can you help me?
i5 8400 MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X
