New Ryzen 5900X build Stuck in boot loop after motherboard logo

Pygesux

Hello,

So I just finished building my Ryzen 5900X computer and I am trying to install windows 10 on an M.2 drive but right when the windows logo appears my keyboard LEDs turn off and I go back to the MSI logo where I can enter the BIOS.

The bios does work and all my hardware shows up there. I have tried mutliple RAM configurations with a completely different KIT as well. I also tried installing Manjaro and I was able to get into the screen where I can select what I want to do, however, upon trying to install the OS it instantly reboots to the MSI logo. I've also tried booting from an SATA SSD that already has windows installed and the same issue, when reaching the windows logo keyboard LEDs turn off and computer goes through the entire boot sequence again. I tried updating to the latest bios which sadly did not work either.

My specs:

PSU: Seasonic focus gx-850

MB: MSI MEG ACE X570

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x16 Gb 3600MHz

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

GPU: MSI RTX 2080 Duke OC

M.2: Samsung 970 EVO

HDD: WD Black 4TB

Sadly I dont see any errors and I have tried to find others having similar problems but either they are different or no one found something that worked.

Hopefully someone can help me.

USB devices disconnecting while Windows is booting is normal, so it's unlikely that has much to do with anything. Ensure that your SATA mode is set to AHCI (should be by default) and try switching to PCI-E 3.0 if you can (4.0 is likely default).

The SATA Mode is set to AHCI (the other option is RAID I believe) and I will try switching to PCI-E 3.0. If this turns out to be the issue does that then mean that I am unable to use PCI-E 4.0?

Possibly temporarily. There's been issues with USB controllers on X570 boards while PCIE 4.0 is enabled. AMD is aware of it and investigating a fix.
