Wifi radomly Disconnects and blocks me for 1-5 minutes on my Aorus X-570 I Pro wifi

my wifi randomly disconnects on my pc and stops me from reconnecting to my router for a couple minutes after. I'm not 100% sure its the motherboard but i dont think its windows and it doesnt happen to my phone which leads me to suspect my motherboard as the problem. i installed the latest drivers off the website but it hasnt helped. Any fixes or tips would be welcome!

I think its worth adding that this is a problem that has only started recently but i have had my motherboard longer than it has been troubling me
