Mixing the same RAM with 2 sizes

Right now I have 4 sticks of the following (32Gb Total)

 

Crucial Ballistix RGB 3600 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 16GB (8GBx2) CL16 BL2K8G36C16U4WL (WHITE)

 

filled all 4 slots

 

If i get one set of this pretty much the same thing with difference size sticks (to make it 48Gb Total for I am doing more video editing for work son)

I have 48gb ram right now, and I don't notice any speed decrease at all when I went from 16 to 48.
