my wifi keeps disconnecting

So I just built my new pc but i have a problem where the wifi keeps disconnecting every 20 somewhat minutes and i cant find why its really annoying and I can barely do anything.

my router isn't that far from me its only 2 rooms away 

Asus TUF b550 plus wifi

ryzen 5 3600

Gtx 1650

Surely, you will get any help without listing all the components in the equation. List everything you got in your computer, and what your router is, where it is, how far it is, etc.

You really have to help us help you. 

 

• What have you tried?
• Do other WiFi devices in the same room as your PC lose connection? 
• When you say lose connection, what exactly do you mean? Does the wifi signal go down or is your internet itself down? (another PC in the house would make this clear)
• What does Event Viewer say under Windows Logs > System during the time when this happens? Looking for maybe a wifi device restarting or something along those lines.

Brick walls? Standard drywall? Are there TVs or large dressers in between your PC and the router? Also, how many devises are connected using wifi in your house at any given point in time? 5 devices? 10 devices?

Lastly, do you know what bandwidth your ISP is (supposed to be) providing you?

On the contrary, this is most likely router configuration or OPs wireless adapter antenna placement.

Nothing shows up in event viewer but its only my pc nothing else and the wifi signal goes down, I trouble shoot it and it says there is a problem with the driver but once it fixes it, it disconnects 10-20 min later
