Asus TUF VG 249Q owners => need your opinion

So 1 month ago i got a Asus TUF VG 249Q but i wanst home till last week so i could not check the screen for dead pixels or BLB or IPS-Glow.

 

After i got home i did some testings => Results :

 

- No DeadPixel

- BLB left bottom and top 

- and corner ips-glow 

 

Photo taken: ios-250 - 40 % Brightness - 80% Contrast

(looks abit worse on img than reality)

 

if i know this what an avg VG 249Q looks like in terms of glow and BLB im happy to keep it.

 

Im just not sure how does it look for you guys ? 

 

should i go through all that RMA stress to get maybe an even worse panel or deadpixel.

 

how is your opinion about ASUS RMA's in generell ? anyone with feedback ?
