Laptop recommendation for best possible specs & experience.

I am currently looking for a new laptop and had my eye on a ROG strix scar 15, but the 1440P version with an RTX 3080 is sadly only available in the USA.

I'll probably have to import it from there if i really want it, but i feel like i dont want it at all because the screen is not that bright and the laptop also doesn't have a mux switch.

 

I was wondering if you guys know about some laptops with these specifications:

RTX 3080 Max P

5900HX / best possible AMD processor. (low thermals and max performance for my daily experience and job.

1440P display

mux switch

 

My budget is 5000 dollars.

I live in the netherlands, but i can try importing something outside of my country if its really good.
