My pc broke and I don't know how to fix it

i tried to turn on my pc but it when i do, the lights turn on for half a second, then turn off and keep doing so until I unplug it. it's not a problem with the power supply or ram sticks from what I know of i just dont know what could be some ways i could fix it any suggestions will help.

Specs:

Thermaltake Element G ATX Mid Tower Case\

2x4 gb of ddr2 ram from gskill

gigabyte GA-EP35C-DS3R ultra durable 2 motherboard

GeForce gtx 560 ti enthusiast edition

ultra X4 500 Watt power supply 

and the cpu is unknown but its in there somewhere

seems like you are in some sort of bootloop. Make sure memory is in right slots and especially make sure that the cables are secured.
