What the heck is going on with youtube and this story from D.C? Are they removing and reposting?

So, there's a breaking news story about U.S. troops in D.C. who are getting sick from tainted, undercooked food. I watched this video this morning and it had over 400 views...this was 4 hours ago. Now, when I pull it up it shows as only being up for 1 hour with around 50 views.

 

Call me paranoid, but this seems very shady.

Most of their recent videos don't even break 400 views, so doubt there's something shady

It really looks to me like youtube may be taking the videos down every few hours and reposting which resets the views and likes.

 

If you look at the comments of these videos, others have said the same thing.
