My Laptop's 8300h cpu is going 100% while my 1050 integrated gpu is 0%

This has been happening for over time and havent figure it out but since December I've been experiencing frame drops and check task manager and see the cpu is 100% and the gpu just doesn't work, yes it does have an integrated graphics in the CPU but i don't know how to fix it.

Task Manager can be unreliable, try installing MSI Afterburner (and RivaTuner which it includes) and see if the GPU actually goes under load. If it isn't, pop in to the Nvidia settings and make sure it's set to use the dGPU for games.

are you using the intergrated graphics on the 8300H? Check via task manager. Other programs listed above could also help

Hi this happens to me  last week I found how to fix it what u gotta do is get malewarebytes and run a scan  https://www.malwarebytes.com if it find a virus you will need to restart pc  after that update ur cpu and gpu drivers then go to search bar the windows one at the bottom and type power options then on the side of preferred plans click change plan settings and our restore and click then ok  if None of that works  tell me

It mostly shows the cpu on 100% sometimes the integrated graphic are barely used and sometimes the gpu spikes out of nowhere
