Corsair 1000d dual build fan configuration

So I am doing a high powered mini itx gaming rig and an Intel x series workstation build in the case, each build will have a 360 radiator on the intake side, but my question is how do I do exhaust, I will have 5 exhaust fans 2 120 out back and 3 140 out top.  I have though about trying to do some type of ambient temperature controller in exhaust or splitting by system.  Any thoughts?

The ATX motherboard is likely in the warmest area. I would base all exhaust on that motherboard's temps.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
