Cpu and case fan header went out?

So I realize after some trouble shooting that my cpu and case fan header both went out and is giving me an error 0135. What I want to ask is can I use a USB to 4 pin fan header to resolve this issue?

You can use any power source for your fan, whether is from usb or from the psu.
