I have a Px5 hayabusa and was wondering if its a TN, IPS, or a VA. Im also wondering about reviews if anyone also has one.

i have a ryzen 5 3600 and a 5500xt. looking at the reviews the guy says you need good hardware for the refresh rate. Should i turn down the refresh rate to 144hz?
