So my mom calls under hidden number and I’m wondering if it is possible if she could toggle some setting so she doesn’t call under hidden number to just me

Yes, it’s possible, I’ve done it before with ADB,  it I haven’t used it in a long time

Not sure if that can be done. I am pretty sure that feature does not exist in Android. You can manually toggle caller ID on and off before making a call but there is no automated process. Only way I can see that happening is if you install a custom rom that has that feature, or install an app that has that feature as a system app (so that it will be able to toggle some system settings and that requires rooting at minimum).

I have and I did. ADB is for debugging, Android Studio is an IDE, did you know those?
