I reinstalled the drivers on my system, with the option of "clean" install. My 2080 is happy now.

Great 👍

Seems I'm using an old version of fah, so I will update, might as well DDU and update drivers while I'm at it. Just waiting for it to finish up.

Update: Same, perfcap Idle 😟

Do I need to join any team or something? Username and passkeys are done, and I'm in team "223518" basically known as LinusTechTips_Team, not sure if I joined before or it just automatically joined.

First WU's in, 3080 running at 6MPPD 🙂

Does anyone else have HFM not working anymore with the current F@H client? Hasn't registered anything since January here, connects and sees the slots but doesn't register activity...

Wow. Glad you got it to  work. I never could and gave up. Kudos.

there are a few caveats but I might do a blog/post on getting the drivers to load and everything ( it did take me 6 attempts and lots of swearing and procrastination)

You know, it was last summer and I'm having trouble remembering. If I recall, I was trying to follow some walkthroughs with installing different repositories or something in order to install the drivers. Couldn't get the drivers to work or something at that point.

I've still got a 280 folding and it had been limping along on one fan while the other was frozen stiff with arthritis. It's since been given replacement hips held on by zip ties 😄

Does anyone know if there's a way to change the project you're assigned?
The one I'm on now is impacting OpenGL and WebGL, but the old one wasn't.

Looks to me like you might have increased your output a bit since the start of the sprint and it looks like it is still increasing.

My GPU's are flying today. Since I did a cooling mod to my 2080 super, It's never been this high before. I put thermal pads behind the memory, so the backplate is now helping to cool the chips.
