Problems with graphics card nvidia GTX 1650

i bought a laptop rog like six months ago and it was runnig great on games but suddenly the graphic card keeps geeting to 90%-100% on the same games for example The witcher 3 it used to run it like at 60% but now its always on 100% does anyone know why or maybe could help me, this is like my first "gaming laptop"

Is the performance the same as before?

yeah i have everytinh updated but this has been happening for over a month at this point
