I went to the account settings while logged in, and could see my account while on the "Other accounts" section, but while im on my actual account, this account does not show up and cannot be managed at all. Any ideas? I would like to remove it completely.

Administrator is a system account, it should never be enabled. Disable it in Local Users and Groups (Win+R, enter lusrmgr.msc in Run):

  1. Select "Users"
  2. Right click "Administrator"
  3. Select "Properties"
  4. Check "Account is disabled"
  5. Press "OK"

So I restarted my system to complete some windows updates, and I noticed on the login screen, that there was a second account named "Administrator" in the bottom left, it had no password and when I signed in, it did the "Finishing a few things" windows message for accounts that are being logged into for the first time, im sure you know what I mean.
