Overclocking 9900k on Z390 DESIGNARE (rev. 1.0)

I am hitting a brick wall... like I can get it to post on 5ghz. However, after a day or so I hit a blue screen. It normally happens when I am playing PUBG or viewing tabs in Opera GX. In OperaGx I will get a "page crash, restore" and a few seconds later BLUESCREEN. So I know I am close but something in my settings is making it crash.

if you are having problem with load stability, increase the voltage slightly more.

 

If you are having problems with vdroop, use a different LLC

 

if you are getting random crashes when idle, change ur cpu power management from 5% to about 45%, that should raise ur idle voltage to about 0.9v instead of 0.6v i sometimes see on minimum settings. ur idle cpu power draw will go from 4w to about 8-10w though.
