CPU for Adobe Lightroom and Gaming

Need help choosing a CPU for my new pc. It is mainly used for editing photos in Adobe Lightroom and gaming. (I dont edit videos).

 

The processors I consider (With Norwegian prices):

AMD Ryzen 3900x ( 577 $ ) - Available immediately.

AMD Ryzen 5800x ( 584 $ ) - Available immediately.
AMD Ryzen 5900x ( 727 $ ) - Unknown waiting time. 

 

My motherboard, memory and CPU cooler:
- ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming-ITX

- G.Skill TridentZ DDR4-3200 C16 DC BW - 32GB
- Fractal Design Celsius + S28 Dynamic
