Yes, thats common temps for x570 chipset temps. Its why they have chipset fans on x570 boards.

Is low 60’s safe temps for vrm and chipset? I moved to a Lancool 215 which has opposite pressure compared to my previous case so temps are a bit high around +3-4C on chipsets and vrm.

It's normal for x570, so no problem.
