Mobo not liking Dual Booting need help

recently I have a PC, its specs are:
Core-I5 4690

8gb Ram

3 Drives 2x 120GB SSD 1x HDD

1050Ti

Mobo: H81M-DS2

 

I had a problem about my Pc that will make it fuck up when I dual boot, when I do the dual booting, it will start when it powers up, but when I turn off the PC (but not cut off the power) when I turn it back on, it will give me an error that it can't boot and it won't give me a beep and just skip it, I don't know what it is and I really need answers on why did this happen and what can can I do

I can't answer everything but I will try my best to give solutions depending on what I experienced in troubleshooting

understand my mistakes and please correct me too 🙂.
