Seems like windows keep refreshing and blacking in and out

Watched some of the video I didn’t find it very helpful.  I suggest reading the various pinned stuff in the troubleshooting section which will tell you what kind of information is useful.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
