Custom guest account in Windows 10 can't find Windows default UWP apps

I created a custom guest account which belongs to the Guest group. The account can't use built-in UWP Windows apps, like Photos.

How can I fix that?

In-short, you can’t. UWP apps are designed to run on accounts in the Users or Administrators user-groups in Windows, they can’t be run using the built-in Guest account, even if it’s custom. This outcome would be the same if you created another account and added it to the ‘Guests’ user group.

Tech Agnostic

Apple is just better-engineered than anything else.
