So I planned 2 PC builds - 1 intel and 1 Ryzen. Which one should I go for?

So I've got together two different builds for intel and Ryzen, not sure which one should I go for. Would appreciate some opinions

 

Budget (including currency): 800 euros (965.96 usd)

Country: Lithuania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Escape from Tarkov, CSGO, CoD BO Cold War, Forza Horizon 4, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere pro

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

The Zalman i3 case can not accommodate cpu coolers taller than 156mm. I believe the Hyper 212 Evo is 157.5mm. The Shadow Rock 3 is 163mm.

 

Ryzen cpu will under perform with ddr4-2666 memory. If I'm reading the part number correctly, CL19 is far from optimal for either cpu.

 

Both cpu typically include a cooler. They are quite adequate. 

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
