XMP No longer works

So I took my ram, cpu, and gpu out my system to test a new motherboard I got in. worked perfectly, XMP was enabled too. Put everything back into my system and now the XMP isnt stable. When I try OC it flickers then sets it back to 2133. This is strange because it worked perfectly before. Is it because I took it out?
