Zotac GTX 1080 AMP Buzzing Sound

The title says it all there's a strange buzzing coming from the chip on the back of the GPU, there is a cutout for it in the backplate. Here's a video for you to hear. I'm not a technician so if this requires de-soldering chips then nevermind, it works its just something I want to check to make sure it isn't anything to worry about:
