Psu buzzing issue but it's a litle weird

PIt's a Cooler Master mpy 850v afbag 850w

The psu only buzzes after I turn off the pc (windows shut down buton or the pc case top buton ) and it seems to last for a long time the psu is prety much brand new the sound is prety loud and anoing I was thinking coil whine but it only hapens after the pc is turned off 

All I want to know is if I can fix it or do I need to get it replaced 

Note: the ErP dosent change much it helps a litle but not a lot  and the psu itself buzzes not the fan
