Installing driver for ATI Radeon X1650

Now I have a gt 1030 and a radeon x1650 in my pc and i wanted to install a driver for my x1650 but when it starts windows says that you cant run this software i bypassed this by running it from cmd but after catalyst installs it says that there are no drivers that can be installed. Can someone help me what to do?

The x1650 isn't supported in windows 10. Also why are you using that card if you already have a 1030?
