Ryzen 9 5900x Spikes up to 1.48v (Are they normal?)

I basically changed nothing my Bios uses the optimized settings (Gigabyte B550M Aorus Pro-P)
Every few seconds the voltage spikes up to 1.4v - 1.5v.
Im not sure if these voltages are fine and will not degrade my CPU.
I dont want to have to buy a new cpu in a year. Have I done something wrong?

Can confirm.

My Ryzen 5 3600 usually runs at 1-1.1v at stock settings (3.6 GHz base), and when it shoots up to 4 GHz for quick things, the voltage spikes to 1.4V then right back down.

Normal, if it is at stock default settings.

Low load conditions, the Core Voltage can spike briefly, and that is okay.

If you were seeing 1.4V+ for long duration, with high load conditions (e.g. all cores / threads at 100%), that is too high.
