Really really low fps on Cs:Go after reinstall windows 10

Hey, I recently reinstalled my pc, before the reinstall I had about 250-350 on csgo. after the reinstall I have around 160-80 fps. I have only installed steam, TeamSpeak, discord, Wcsgo, drivers like Nvidia graphic card driver, and GeForce Experience!

I have tried to reinstall csgo and graphic card driver and GeForce experience, I have put everything on performance in the Nvidia control panel, the pc settings are just as I had on my old windows, but much lower fps for some reason?
